The Radix winter 2025 concert, “Heavenly Bodies,” will celebrate bodies both corporeal and celestial, featuring works by B. E. Boykin, Karin Rhenqvist, Florence Price, and James MacMillan, as well as Georgian and American folk songs, and holiday carols. Poets have long found inspiration contemplating the stars, or the Earth beneath our feet - not to mention a beloved’s beguiling eyes or compelling physique. This concert program spans the sacred and the profane, highlighting the wonder of being and living in the natural world.
